Wine Refrigerators
We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we offer a comprehensive warranty for our wine fridges and accessories.
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding handling fees. The product must be in its original packaging and condition, and you must provide proof of purchase. You will receive shipping Fees in Store Credit.
If your product arrives damaged, we will replace it with a new one at no extra cost to you. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and return the damaged product within 14 days. We will cover the return shipping costs.
If your product malfunctions or breaks down within 1 year of purchase, we will repair it up to 60% the value of the product. You must contact us for authorization and instructions before sending the product for repair or replacement. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to and from our service center.
If your product needs replacement parts within 5 years of purchase, we will provide them for free or offer you a store credit of equal value. Terms and conditions apply. You must contact us for availability and instructions before ordering or using the store credit. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the parts.
We also offer a progressive decreasing cash back policy for our wine fridges. If you decide to return your wine fridge within the first month of purchase, you will get 100% of the purchase price back, excluding handling fees. The cash back percentage decreases to 50% after the first month until the 30th month . From the 31st month to the 48th month, the cash back percentage will decrease every month, until it reaches 25%. From the 49th month to the 60th month, the cash back percentage will decrease by 2.5% every month, until it reaches 0. You can also choose to receive a store credit of equal value instead of cash back. The product must be in good working condition and you must provide proof of purchase and original packaging. All money back is excluding shipping and handling fees.
To qualify for any of the above benefits, you must register your product with us within 60 days of purchase. You can do so online at our website or by calling our customer service number. You must also follow the care and maintenance instructions provided with your product and use it for its intended purpose only. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature subject to our investigations.

Accessories
Our Accessories come with 30-day money back with return of the product. Excluding handling costs which will be offered in store credit. Or store credit up to half the value of the product with confirmed return of the product. Defective products will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt and the product is returned within 14 days. Defective products must be returned with in 7 days to qualify for replacements. We offer 30% of the product value in store credit on accessories with return of the product after the first 30 days up to 150 days. If the product is in good condition.
This warranty is the only warranty we provide for our products and it is in lieu of any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchant-ability or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use our products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of these damages, so they may not apply to you.
